Feedback on El Uno
Day One (7th June 2024): I felt an energy boost allowing me to persevere with my tasks both at home
and work despite me feeling slightly tired. My limbs felt free of lactic acid whilst feeling tired as a
result of not getting sufficient bed rest.
Day Two (8th June 2024): In addition to the energy boost like what I experienced the previous day I
did feel on one or two occasions muscles I haven’t felt in months that I would feel during my
workouts at the gym or Kettlebells weights which I have at home. Note, my work schedule along
with looking after my parents in addition to carrying out household chores has prevented me from
working out on a regular basis.
Day three (9th June 2024): Along with the continued energy flow I did feel like I was regaining my
muscle tone in both my upper back and in both of my legs.
Day four (10th June 2024): keeping up with the demands such as attending a funeral was starting to
make me feel a relapse of a head cold was again on the horizon which I had recovered from a few
days earlier, but I felt the El Uno had strengthened my immune system preventing the relapse
despite me feeling drained and exhausted with the demands placed on me.
Day 5 (11th June 2024): Feeling drained I did have the energy to fulfill a work obligation despite
feeling the early symptoms of a flu for example aching joints. I did feel more relaxed/calmer from
within where I’d usually start panicking when progress appeared somewhat limited.
Day 6 (12th June 2024): Already feeling the increasing level of exhaustion I did have the energy to
persevere whilst the inner calm became more prevalent. Yes, it does sound like a contradiction.
Day 7 (13th June 2024): Today involved travelling to Dartford, West Thurrock and Romford (towns
outside London) as part of my work schedule. Again, a contradiction of feeling exhausted while
feeling energetic was part of the present. I did feel at times a cold coming on which never
materialized.
Day 8 (14th June 2024): Another day of site visits to Romford, Greenwich though demanding the
energy level was there whilst feeling less fatigued.
Day 9 (15th June 2024): This was plainly a day for socializing and meeting up with a friend. Yes, again I
was feeling exhausted, but well.
Day 10 (16th June 2024): I suffered sinus pains during the night and was allocated an appointment at
St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. I was diagnosed with inflamed sinuses which was extremely painful
in both that area including my eardrums. I was prescribed Amoxicillin for the inflammation. I was still
able to walk around the West End with no issues. The nurse took my BP recording 145/93.
Day 11 (17th June 2024): I cycled 52km as part of the continuation of my job. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel
much muscle fatigue riding that distance during and after. Below is a screenshot confirming thedistance rode that day
Day 12 (18th June 2024): I resumed my bicycle ride the following day only to experience minimal
DOMS (Delayed onset Muscle Soreness) before and after. This screenshot of the recorded data that
day from the Strava App is shown below:
Day 13 (19th June 2024): I felt the DOMS again, but significantly less compared to prior taking and
knowing about EL Uno. Today being the 19th of June, I wanted to resume my bicycle rides, but was restricted from doing so as I didn’t have a fresh outfit for cycling, hahaha and resorted to using public the transport to continue with my site visits. I felt good overall, not feeling any issues healthwise. I did get my blood pressure checked (out of curiosity) at a pharmacy following 2 consecutive days of bicycle riding. The results are depicted below:
Day 14 (20th June 2024): Having a day off and feeling relaxed, with minimal fatigue. I have noticed a
couple of grey hairs turning brown a few days after using the El Uno. My morning started with some
stretching to eliminate or minimize the soreness. So far I’m content with the energy levels gained,
the minimal DOMS felt but I’m all too aware that it’s early days yet.
